Each station at the Agriculture and Innovation Showcase was curated by experts to pair the companies tackling the biggest agricultural problems in the world using cutting edge technology. It wouldn’t do to just examine technology, however, as the most complete solutions come by combining it with breeding innovation into each vegetable variety. No matter the subject pertaining the station, all of them seek to further the same objective: to solve the agricultural conundrums of the world and fly the innovation flag higher.

Connecting growers, entrepreneurs, and scientists in one place, the Innovation Expo Tent was a great place to get a wide picture of different experiences from various fields of expertise and regions of the world.

Innovating for the Plate never loses sight of two things: flavor and packaging. Helping ensure consumers are satisfied with the taste of products and that the packaging these are delivered in is planet-friendly, this station focused on the consumer’s needs more than any other.
