Sibsey is a stem broccoli that is prized for its small compact heads which have a tender and sweet stem. It has a dark green stem with fine beaded mini broccoli head. Sibsey is part of our Bellaverde broccoli range. Sibsey is a multi-harvest variety which produces harvestable side shoots approximately 7-10 days after the main head is removed.

Agronomic Tips

  • Pinch out the main head at thumbnail size to encourage stem production. Planting density: 32,000-38,000 plants/ha.
